SOME PROBLEMS
~Irresponsible fishing
~Deforestation.
~Pollution.
~Natural Disasters.
CONSERVE AND PRESERVE
Save the environment. Save the world. Save yourself.
IRRESPONSIBLE FISHING
1. For all those locals out there - make sure to NOT use dynamites for fishing! This is very harmful for the fishes, water creatures, and coral reefs living in the waters.
2. Also, make sure not to use fishing nets that have small holes. These will prevent some fishes from escaping. They need to breed and breathe!
3. Our government should impose laws about the use of small-holed fishing nets. They should also start up programs designed for cleaning up of bodies of water.
4. If you ever see trash or dead fishes near the waters, make sure to inform an authority and pick the trash up.

DEFORESTATION
1. If you ever have time, you can plant more seeds in any area you like. This helps decrease deforestation because as the deforestation rate goes up, the planting rate also increases, keeping up with the deforestation rate.
2. One kind of deforestation is kaingin. Kaingin can occur when a mountain is burned down to its remains. So, if you ever go camping, make sure to completely turn off the fire when you leave or sleep. This can not only expose you to severe danger, but also expose the forest you're staying in to high levels of dangers too.
Deforestation also affects the ecosystems living in the forests and mountains meaning, all the animals are also affected. Let us do our best to take care of our environment.

POLLUTION
1. Do not throw litters or trash just anywhere. Even if you are a tourist, show respect for the place by cleaning after yourself. You can also segregate you trash, to find out which ones are recyclable. Water and air pollution can be prevented by doing so.
2. As for air pollution, do not smoke cigarettes. This can not only harm you, but also the air and environment around you.
3. Do not burn your trashes, especially plastic. The smoke emitted by them can harm the environment and cause air pollution.
Note that we can't fully diminish pollution, but we can do our best to decrease it.
Land, water and air pollution affects humans, animals and the environment, so we must take everything we do seriously.

NATURAL DISASTERS
Natural disasters can't be avoided or prevented. The best we could do is prepare for them.
1. If you have pet animals our breeding animals at home or anywhere near where you live, make sure to properly cage them, to protect them for any future natural disasters (eg. storms, earthquakes, flooding). Do the same for the plants, by fencing them or covering them.
2. If we don't litter, we can actually avoid floods. Do not litter. If there are no trashes stuck in the canals, then that flood water can have a place to go to.
3. Plant more trees. You can join planting programs funding these kinds of causes, or you can donate to fund it. You can also join cleaning programs.
These disasters cost the loss of home, habitat and family not only to humans, but for animals as well.

We hope to see big changes in the future! Especially now that you know HOW to do it. Just remember, anything is possible. Improving our surroundings means improving ourselves. We are where we live.
